At its core is the dependable B120 Sliding Bed, a lightweight, strong and ultra-functional pull-out bed that transforms from a daytime bench into a comfortable 120 × 181.5 cm sleeping platform (extendable up to 188.5 cm in many vans). Beneath it sits a generous storage bay for camping gear, bulky items or long-trip essentials. Upgrade to the Deluxe package and the side-access drawer makes that space even easier to use.
But the real magic of The Roamer happens at the back: the C3 Tall Rear Unit. Open the doors, and your entire cooking setup is right there – beautifully organised and ready to use. The tall, full-height design includes ventilated space for a 50L fridge or cool box, a dedicated compartment for a portable toilet (WC), and 190 litres of total storage for food, cookware, utensils, and all the essentials you need on the road. It’s the perfect blend of practicality and outdoor living, letting you cook with the breeze in your face and the view right in front of you.
Along the side of the van, the spacious A4 Side Cabinet adds even more room for everything you carry. It holds up to two large water containers (up to 38L total) and features a huge 76 × 43 cm pop-up table – ideal for preparing meals, working remotely, or gathering for a shared meal. With over 450 litres of internal storage and clever door layout, it keeps your living space tidy while making your gear easy to reach.
As with every Simple Vans build, everything is crafted from lightweight, modular PEFC-certified poplar plywood, delivered in bare wood so you can finish it with oil, varnish, or paint in your own style. Assembly is simple, satisfying, and designed for real DIY van builders.
