If you don't like your furniture, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The furniture must be returned in its original packaging and will be collected by GLS.

If you don't like your furniture, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Furniture must be returned in its original packaging. The furniture must not have been glued, painted, oiled, and all parts must be returned in perfect condition.
2 Return Verification
Once we have received the package through the carrier, we will carry out a careful check to ensure that all parts are present and in perfect condition.
3 Refund
If the return complies with our conditions, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned package.

Our wooden furniture is guaranteed, and while knots may be present, they are acceptable as long as they meet our criteria:

- No knot larger than 30 mm in diameter
