Materials & Assembly
We've sourced the finest materials from across Europe, so you can focus on building your dream campervan and hitting the open road. Skip the Search, Embrace the Escape!
- Easy Build, Lasting Strength: Introducing Quick Slot
Inspired by joinery, our innovative Quick Slot system uses CNC-cut components for a breeze to build. Interlocking parts create a robust structure, empowering you to assemble your perfect campervan layout with ease. Less time building, more time exploring!
- Craft your campervan with the finest materials Europe has to offer
Our lightweight, super-strong Poplar plywood comes from a local, family-run company. This fast-growing wood from France or Spain adheres to COP2 environmental standards, making it a responsible choice for your mobile adventure. And, it is far more robust than the more common Italian Poplar plywood.
- State-of-the-art CNC machines meticulously cut each piece
Ensuring a perfect fit and streamlined assembly. Next, add industry-leading push-locks, the same high quality found in commercial motorhomes, sourced from a leading French manufacturer. Finally, all Simple Plus doors use premium quality Soft Close hinges from Salice to ensure smooth, quiet operation for many years to come.
- For smooth operation and effortless access
We incorporate drawer slides from the European leader in Germany. Precision-engineered for a satisfyingly smooth glide, these components elevate your campervan's functionality.
- Finally, each piece is lovingly hand-finished in our workshop
We meticulously check every item before it reaches you, guaranteeing a seamless building experience and the perfect launchpad for your next adventure.
