Competition rules:
Win a Simple Vans Bed
Article 1 – Organizer
The company SIMPLE VANS, SIRET number 88198014800046, is organizing a free competition with no purchase obligation on the occasion of its participation in the trade show.
Article 2 – Duration
The competition runs for the entire duration of the trade show.
Any participation after the closing of the trade show will not be taken into account.
Article 3 – Participation
The competition is open to any natural person of legal age residing in Europe.
Participation is exclusively carried out by completing the entry form and placing it in the ballot box provided for this purpose on the Simple Vans stand.
Only one entry per person is allowed for the entire duration of the trade show.
Any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entry will be cancelled.
Article 4 – Winner Selection
A draw will be carried out within a maximum of 14 days following the end of the trade show among all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted by phone or email.
If there is no response within 7 days, a new draw may be carried out.
Article 5 – Prize
The winner will receive a Simple Vans bed (standard model, compatible with the winner’s vehicle).
The prize includes the furniture only.
Installation, delivery, options, or specific adaptations remain the responsibility of the winner.
The prize may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Article 6 – Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for managing the competition and selecting the winner.
With the participant’s explicit consent, it may be used to send commercial information related to Simple Vans.
The data is stored for a maximum period of 3 years.
In accordance with applicable regulations, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to: info@simplevans.eu.
Article 7 – Liability
Simple Vans shall not be held liable in the event of:
- incorrect information preventing contact with the winner
- force majeure
- technical issues beyond its control
Article 8 – Acceptance
Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
