Terms & Conditions
The Simple Vans referral program allows an existing customer (“the Referrer”) to invite a new customer (“the Referee”) to discover our products and enjoy exclusive benefits.
By participating in this program, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Referrer Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the program as a Referrer, the customer must:
- Have placed at least one validated and paid order with Simple Vans.
- Have made a purchase from our product range, with no specific minimum amount unless otherwise stated.
- Have no ongoing disputes: unpaid order, pending return, suspected fraud, etc.
- Have an active account, meaning: a verified email address, no refund currently being processed, no suspension measures in place.
-Be a resident of an eligible country, corresponding to the shipping destinations offered by Simple Vans.
2. Referee Eligibility Requirements
To be considered a Referee and receive the dedicated offer, the user must:
- Be a new customer who has never created an account or placed an order with Simple Vans before.
- Make a purchase of at least €900.
- Only be referred once, regardless of who the Referrer is.
- Use contact information that is distinct from the Referrer’s, including email address, postal address, and payment methods. - - Any significant similarity may result in invalidation of the referral.
3. Reward Eligibility Conditions
The Referrer receives their reward only when the Referee’s order is validated, i.e., 24 hours after internal approval by Simple Vans and provided no return or withdrawal is made.
In case of withdrawal, cancellation, or proven fraud regarding the Referee’s order, rewards may be cancelled without compensation.
Rewards are defined as follows:
-An exclusive discount applied to the Referee’s first order;
-A voucher granted to the Referrer, usable on the Simple Vans website.
Each Referrer voucher is valid for 90 days from its date of issue.
4. Abuse Prevention, Fraud, and Transparency
Simple Vans reserves the right to suspend or cancel any referral in cases of abusive or fraudulent use of the program, including but not limited to:
- Creation of multiple accounts within the same household to unfairly obtain rewards.
- Suspicious referrals presenting similar or related elements, such as: identical IP address, similar or disposable email addresses, identical payment methods, other fraud indicators.
Simple Vans may at any time: temporarily suspend an account, cancel rewards, exclude a user from the program, or modify/terminate the program without notice to ensure its integrity.
5. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the referral program implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Simple Vans reserves the right to update these conditions at any time to improve the transparency and fairness of the program.
6. Limit on the Number of Referrals and Validity Period of the Referral Link
The Referrer may refer up to 3 Referees within the Simple Vans referral program.
Beyond this limit, no additional referrals will be accepted, even if the Referee meets all eligibility requirements.
The referral link or code provided to the Referee is valid for 90 days from its date of generation.
After this period, the link will automatically expire and can no longer be used to benefit from the program’s advantages.
