#SimpleFans Contest
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Open to all customers who own a Simple Vans furniture kit and have completed or are in the process of completing their van conversion.
- Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- The winner of the camper van rental must hold a valid driver’s license, with at least 2 years' driving experience and a clean record (subject to insurance approval).
- The prize is intended for the winner’s friends or family, but the winner may also use the prize themselves if eligible.
2. Who Can Enter
- The competition is open to Simple Vans customers only.
- Employees of Simple Vans, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to win, though they may share photos for fun.
- The competition is open to participants residing in Europe. (Additional restrictions may apply depending on van insurance conditions.)
3. How to Enter
- Post a photo or video of your Simple Vans build on Instagram.
- Tag #simplevans and #simplefans
- Leave a Google review on our Simple Vans business listing.
4. Competition Timeline
- Challenge 1: 14 June – 14 July
- Challenge 2: 15 July – 15 August
- Challenge 3: 16 August – 15 September
- Winners will be chosen at the end of each period and contacted via Instagram DM or email.
5. Prize Details
- One winner per challenge period will receive a 7-day camper van rental from Simple Vans, based in southwest France. Dates to be confirmed after discussion with the prizewinner.
- The van must be picked up and returned in person from our HQ in Saint Michel Escalus, Les Landes, SW France, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery is not included. Closest airports: Bordeaux, Biarritz.
- The prize includes full use of a fully equipped camper van (Large, Medium, or Small depending on winner’s preference and van availability).
- Fuel, tolls, campsite fees, and any additional travel costs are not included.
- The winner will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit in case of damage.

Standard insurance coverage is provided by https://www.cartage.club, subject to driver approval. Additional drivers or extended insurance options may incur a fee.
6. Judging Criteria
- Winners will be selected based on creativity, quality, and the overall vibe of the submission.
- Bonus points for storytelling, originality, and showcasing your Simple Vans kit in action.
- This is not a popularity contest—likes and shares will not determine the winner.
7. Usage Rights
- By entering, participants grant Simple Vans a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, print, etc.).
- Wherever possible, credit will be given when content is used.
8. Other Terms
- Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- If a winner is unable to claim the prize, an alternative winner will be selected.
- Simple Vans reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, including due to force majeure or unavailability of vehicles.
